第1篇 耗材工程師崗位職責
耗材開發(fā)工程師 四川捷祥醫(yī)療器械有限公司 四川捷祥醫(yī)療器械有限公司,捷祥 1. 負責手術耗材設計開發(fā);
2. 負責溝通加工,組件裝配、調試和測試;
3. 完成開發(fā)過程中各種質量活動,如dfmea、尺寸鏈分析、強度計算等;
4. 負責產品試產、生產環(huán)節(jié)的工程對接,包含生產資料的導出、交付、跟進、生產測試指導等;
5. 負責產品樣機的可靠性試驗、專利、認證相關的配合工作等;
6. 編寫產品開發(fā)機械相關測試以及相應文檔。
任職資格:
1. 全日制機械設計工程、材料工程等相關專業(yè),本科及以上學歷;
2. 精通金屬材料、非金屬材料等材料特性,
3. 精通pro/e、autocad等機械設計工具,熟練使用abaqus、ansys等力學分析軟件;
4. 工作踏實認真,溝通良好,積極主動解決技術難題;
5. 3年以上產品研發(fā)經驗,有耗材研發(fā)經驗優(yōu)先。

your new role
sales of lsag (life science & applied market) instruments supplies and consumables like the core products of columns, sample preparation and supplies products within assigned territories.
? provide pre-sales and application consultancy to customers.
? work with business operation manager to implement sales plans in order to contribute to business growth.
? manage selected key account in assigned territory.
? consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals.
? ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively.
? interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, referring more complex leads to others to convert.
? works on sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques
what you will need to succeed
? bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, biochemistry or related discipline.
? at least 3 years field sales working experiences in laboratory/chemical products.
? ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications.
? able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with lsca products and strategy.
? a good knowledge of analytical instrument consumables, columns and instrument markets.
? highly motivated creative and result oriented.
? able to work with minimum supervision.
? work as a team, wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
