直接下屬:助理、技術(shù)員

語(yǔ)言要求:英語(yǔ)不做硬性要求

專業(yè)性要求:熟悉常見(jiàn)的研發(fā)工具和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)流程

薪資范圍:9~15k

崗位職責(zé):

1. laminated choke product design

1.1 responsible for development of laminated chokes (reactors)

1.2 responsible for simulation, calculation for the design of laminated chokes. provide material, component specification; work with mechanical design to create complete product design solution.

1.3 cost calculation for new design and cost optimization for existing design

1.4 responsible for technical issues from customer

2. testing and measurement

2.1 responsible for sample testing, creating testing specification of laminated choke products

2.2 responsible for creating customer samples, approval test at customer and making necessary improvement

2.3. responsible for testing setup for lac

3. project management

3.1 responsible to lead specific development project in a team including pm, md, pe, pu...

3.2 clearly define key elements in the development projects, e.g. time management, resources optimization, cost target, risk management. 3.3 manage the project to complete on time and cost within the range.

4. documentation and quality process

4.1 responsible for preparing preliminary documents/record during development.

4.2 responsible for preparing and release of official documents for complete products.

4.3 to follow internal quality process, e.g. qhb documents, dfmea.

任職資格:

1. bachelor degree or above, majored in electrics or electronic engineering.

2. 2~3 years’ experience with development of high power reactors, transformers

第2篇 變壓器電抗器設(shè)計(jì)工程師崗位職責(zé)

1大專及以上學(xué)歷,電力電子、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2有從事高、低頻變壓器及電抗器等相關(guān)磁性元件產(chǎn)品 8年以上設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3熟練掌握數(shù)字電路、模擬電子、電路設(shè)計(jì)等知識(shí);熟悉逆變器系統(tǒng)原理、igbt開(kāi)關(guān)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、硬件電路知識(shí)及通用接口技術(shù)。

4在軌道交通、新能源汽車、光伏和太陽(yáng)能領(lǐng)域有設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及成功案例;

5能獨(dú)立完成高、低頻變壓器及電抗器等相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)(結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、制作、工藝文件與調(diào)試);

6熟悉各類高、低頻磁性材料特性及應(yīng)用,掌握電磁相關(guān)知識(shí);

7autocad、solidwoks、pdm及 office辦公軟件;

8熟悉matlab、psim或 saber仿真工具的使用,熟悉 solidworks simulation結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件、ansoft電磁設(shè)計(jì)軟件。

9具備良好的學(xué)習(xí)、溝通、問(wèn)題分析能力;能夠獨(dú)立完成部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人安排的工作,具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。

第3篇 電抗器設(shè)計(jì)工程師崗位職責(zé)

崗位職責(zé):

負(fù)責(zé)濾波電抗器相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)及工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定。

崗位要求:

1.電氣類相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷,同行業(yè)電抗器設(shè)計(jì)工作3年以上;

2.熟悉磁控電抗器技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定;

3.能夠研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,創(chuàng)新意識(shí)強(qiáng);

4.身體健康,無(wú)不良嗜好。
