第1篇 it業(yè)務經理崗位職責
質量it業(yè)務經理 崗位主要職責key responsibilities:
1.深入理解公司以及對口業(yè)務部門的長期戰(zhàn)略,結合實際情況制定it對應的系統(tǒng)發(fā)展路線圖,和業(yè)務達成一致。合理進行預算的計劃和追蹤管理。

2.與業(yè)務部門協(xié)作,梳理業(yè)務流程,全方面評估業(yè)務需求的合理性和優(yōu)先級別;組織協(xié)調與it其他團隊緊密合作,全方面評估業(yè)務需求實現(xiàn)的可能性和it解決方案比較;與采購和財務部門進行高效協(xié)作,全面負責業(yè)務需求向實施項目啟動的轉換。
collaborate with business to clarify the rationality and priority of business requirement; coordinate and arrange the cooperation within it team, to comprehensively evaluate the business requirement feasibility and it solution comparison. closely work with purchasing and finance team and take full responsibility for the transformation from business requirement to project launch.
3.管理從項目交付到進入與日常運維過程中的所有相關工作,制定項目實施計劃并確保有效執(zhí)行,與項目各干系方有效協(xié)作,及時處理及匯報項目進展與問題。按照公司的it項目管理方法論進行項目交付。
overall manage from project delivery to daily operation. define project plan and ensure effective execution, collaborate with all relative parties, resolve issues and report/escalate in time. follow company standard it project management methodology.
4.多項目并發(fā)管理,確保在項目資源范圍內進行高質量的按時交付,把控供應商的交付質量。
mange multi-project delivery, ensure deliver project on time, on cost, and on quality, control the supplier delivery quality.
5.作為it服務經理,協(xié)調管理內外部運維團隊,提供給用戶滿足服務等級指標的系統(tǒng)運維服務,并持續(xù)進行優(yōu)化改進
work as it service manager, coordinate and manage internal/external operation team, provide system operation service which meet sla requirement, as well as keep continuous optimization and improvement.
6.建立并維護各干系人方關系,包括公司各業(yè)務部門及供應商等,提高關聯(lián)方滿意度。
maintain relationships across multi-disciplinary work groups including different business functions, it and suppliers.
錄用標準 selection criteria:
1.experience of itbp, project management, and operation management in enterprise it environment.
2.experience of the business process of customer satisfaction and company quality within the automotive environment is preferred
3.experience of tableau, sas, bw or other data analytical solutions are preferred
4.experiences of sharepoint platform is preferred
5.good analytical and reporting skills
6.strong communication and collaboration skills
7.supplier management skills
8.3+ years' project management
9.5+ years’ experience in automotive or similar manufacturing company
10.able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required. the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
11.experience of working within a joint venture
12.fluency in english and mandarin
13.bachelor’s degree or above

1.參與供應鏈管理、業(yè)務職能等各類應用系統(tǒng)的實施與開發(fā)。
2.聯(lián)系業(yè)務部門,收集需求,界定系統(tǒng)范圍。
3.協(xié)助系統(tǒng)范圍研究和業(yè)務流程再造,提供it解決方案。
4.幫助業(yè)務部門了解it解決方案的功能和局限性,協(xié)助差異分析和解決方法。

1.收集、整理、分析業(yè)務部門的業(yè)務需求,編寫用戶需求說明書。
2.進行需求變更控制,對需求變更的范圍與影響進行分析與跟蹤。
3.依據(jù)需求分析文檔進行需求驗證、驗收測試。
