① formulate strategies for each customer to achieve key customer's

half/annual business target and support ka unit for thier efficient activity.

② evaluate customer characteristics and consumer trends, formulate a

brand portfolio for each customer to aim for efficient business achievement

③ monitor and control progress of business goals for each customer,

formulate correction plan and countermeasures as necessary to support

ka unit for thier sales achievement

④ have the bh and ka unit develop a deeper understanding and instilling of

customer strategy, and align the vector of activity

⑤ increase customer loyalty by supporting quality improvement of ka unit's

activities

⑥ develop team culture to foster personnel with ability of developing

customer strategy and data-driven marketing

⑦ execute periodic 3c analysis to see changes and future prospects, and to

support the bh and ka units for thier high agility operation

崗位要求:

① knowledge and experience of ec digital marketing (5 years)

② knowledge of ec business trading (trading system, marketing method,

etc.)

③ understanding of ecrm

④ working experience in fmcg, cosmtic strategy (3 years)

⑤ english ability for negotiation in business

⑥ business experience with alibaba, jd

⑦ strong communication skills to worlk with in/out stakeholders, and to

build relationship of trust & cooperation

上班地點(diǎn):杭州 工作內(nèi)容:

1、對(duì)接區(qū)域,負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域營(yíng)收及入住率指標(biāo)的達(dá)成;

2、深入分析區(qū)域內(nèi)酒店的情況,洞察酒店入住率不足的深刻原因,包括但不限于評(píng)分、店內(nèi)流量、渠道、定價(jià)、周邊客源等等,設(shè)計(jì)和制定解決方案來(lái)提高入住率。

3、發(fā)起跨部門的營(yíng)收增長(zhǎng)項(xiàng)目,以達(dá)成本區(qū)域內(nèi)各酒店入住率提升的目標(biāo),使用一切可以使用的方式,并對(duì)效果及roi進(jìn)行評(píng)估。

4、與相應(yīng)部門協(xié)作,推動(dòng)渠道改善及優(yōu)化,推動(dòng)新客源的拓展,使渠道組合最切合本區(qū)域酒店的發(fā)展階段及客源特征

5、推動(dòng)酒店的價(jià)格和庫(kù)存管理的優(yōu)化,以最大化營(yíng)收。

崗位要求:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷;

2、戰(zhàn)略咨詢公司或大企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略部3-6年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),帶領(lǐng)過(guò)大型項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)落地;

3、具有優(yōu)秀的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和統(tǒng)籌能力,擅長(zhǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作;

4、很強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)sense,對(duì)如何驅(qū)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)有見(jiàn)地,善于解決問(wèn)題;

5、基礎(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;

6、對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)有熱情,抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
