第2篇 安全環(huán)境管理師崗位職責

一、工作內容:

協(xié)助編制全所、部門hse目標和工作計劃并組織實施,定期進行跟蹤、分析目標計劃的執(zhí)行情況;

定期搜集、識別適用hse法規(guī)標準和上級要求,開展hse合規(guī)性評價;

定期開展危險源、環(huán)境危害因素辨識和風險評價,制定專項控制方案并督促落實;

制修訂hse管理體系文件,督促hse規(guī)章制度的落實;

協(xié)助建立和完善hse考核機制,開展日常和年度考核;

完善hse應急體系,定期組織開展所級應急演練;

協(xié)助組織開展所級hse內、外部培訓工作,協(xié)助開展培訓考核并建立培訓檔案;

負責所級安全工作許可的審批,協(xié)助審核所級項目專項hse方案;

定期組織開展hse專項檢查,配合上級機關檢查,組織制定hse隱患整改方案并督促落實整改;

組織負責開展內部審核、配合外部審核;

組織輕傷以上安全生產事故的調查和處理,組織制定防范措施并督促實施;

負責協(xié)助構建安全生產子文化,開展安全生產宣傳活動,提高員工安全意識;

遵守工作紀律,承擔本崗位保密等其他職責,完成領導交辦的其他工作任務。

二、崗位要求

1. 本科及以上學歷,3年以上hse管理經驗;

2. 通曉常用的hse管理方法、工具,熟悉hse技術標準;

3. 熟悉ohsas18001、iso14001、安全生產標準化體系規(guī)范;

5. 具有較強的責任心、主動性,良好的服務意識,較強的人際溝通能力、計劃與執(zhí)行能力,較強的團隊協(xié)作能力,一定的創(chuàng)新能力、系統(tǒng)策劃和分析能力;

6. 具有注冊安全工程師證書、注冊安全評價師證書、ohsas18001、iso14001、安全生產標準化外審員證書者優(yōu)先。
