maintenance service & production engineer ——breas china

the successful candidate will be a key member of maintenance service & production engineer supporting product maintenance service, production and warehouse management at breas medical’s new facility in shanghai, china. as one key team member for maintenance service & production, the successful candidate must be able to work closely with initiative team for new facility, drive action items, prioritize work based upon need and resources available, and communicate actions effectively across different functions.

職責responsibilities:

主導售后維修服務:與銷售團隊密切合作,為breas 中國全系在售機器提供及時高效的售后服務。

lead maintenance service work closely with sales team to provide timely and efficient after-sales service for the entire range of machines in breas china.

倉儲/物料管理:協(xié)助物料可視化管理;收貨,配合qa做來料檢驗,入庫,以及生產物料管理,以及基于訂單的生產計劃的制定。

warehousing management: assist material visualization management, goods receiving, work closely with qa for incoming inspection, warehousing, and production material management, as well as the production plan based on orders.

生產支持:支持量產前的產品驗證(v&v),及小批量產生活動;如:產品組裝,測試,標簽打印等。

production support: support product verification (v&v) and small batch production activities before the product is officially mass-produced.

持續(xù)改進:運用精益生產知識與方法不斷改善產品良率,提高生產效率。

continuous improvement: continuously improve product yield and increase production efficiency by using lean knowledge and methods.

文件支持及維護:支持breas 中國生產文件管理,如作業(yè)指導,生產記錄等文件的維護。

documents support and maintenance: support breas china production doc management, like maintenance of production wi, production record etc.

要求requirements:

本科,機械/電子/工業(yè)工程等專業(yè),1~3年相關工作經驗。優(yōu)秀的本科應屆生亦可。

bachelor degree, major in mechanical/electronic/industrial engineering, 1~3 years related experience. welcome excellent undergraduate freshmen.

良好的人際交往能力和團隊協(xié)作意識。
